Socialthing is a new application that lets users stay on top of all their social networks in one place. While not the first, people at the SXSW Interactive Festival were hyping it as first class.
I'll be interesting to see where this one goes...

Cool Idea - I could see how if one of these services ever got up to scale, micro or branded communities could package up and distribute this service to lower the friction that keeps people from joining and engaging with new communities due to the high set-up costs.
